I'm Ruta Lendraitiene, a motivational speaker and wellness expert dedicated to helping people become their best selves. With 10+ years of experience in sports and wellness, I specialize in teaching strong communication, mindset, mental health, nutrition, sticking to changes, and delivering motivational speeches. What makes me unique is that I began my sports career at the age of 34 and still compete in Olympic weightlifting, breaking world records.
Through my own challenges, I've learned valuable lessons on overcoming tough times. I can inspire, achieve outstanding results, and offer fresh perspectives to companies. My passion lies in providing mental relief, promoting strength in all aspects, and improving communication skills.
My mission is to positively impact the lives of at least 100,000 people. When I'm not working, you'll find me training, hiking, traveling, competing, and reading.
