Froggy firmly believes the mantra that music is the best therapy. Most days she wakes up still thinking it is 1995. Her shows will have you singing and dancing along and uttering the phrase ‘ohhh, I remember this one.’ In addition to music, her interests include caking making, knitting and buying anti-wrinkle face products off the Internet.

Join her on Sundays from 5pm to 7pm for Back To The 90’s, two hours of the best Indie, Britpop, R&B, Pop, Dance and House tracks that defined the decade, and Mondays from 5pm to 7pm for Mega Mondays, a show to banish away any Monday blues with top hits from the 70’s to the present day.
